1. Shipping / Delivery Policy

At RONSOFT S.R.L., all products are delivered digitally via email. We do not ship any physical goods.

Delivery Details:

  • Delivery Method: Email (containing license key, activation instructions, and download links)

  • Delivery Time: Usually instantly, maximum 1–24 hours after payment confirmation

  • Delivery Hours: Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays

  • Delivery Email: Make sure to provide a correct and accessible email address during checkout

If you haven’t received your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@ronsoft.eu with your order number.


2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Because we sell non-refundable digital license keys, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product key has been delivered.

This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which exempts digital goods from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun and the user has provided prior consent.

No Refunds Are Granted In Cases Including (But Not Limited To):

  • Accidental purchase (e.g. wrong product or version)

  • Incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements before purchase)

  • Change of mind after receiving the key

  • Failure to activate due to third-party software interference or malware

  • Mistyped email address provided at checkout

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal and accept that no return or refund is possible once the license key is delivered.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may issue a refund if:

  • The license key cannot be delivered for technical reasons

  • The product is proven to be non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Any such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
