2. Scope of Services

RONSOFT S.R.L. offers digital software licenses for sale, delivered electronically via email. These products are intended for personal or business use under the respective software provider’s license terms.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on our website are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, customers will receive:

  • A valid software license key

  • Activation instructions

  • Download links, where applicable

Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout, typically within 1 to 24 hours.

4. No Returns or Refunds

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered goods once the execution has begun (i.e., the license key has been delivered).

By purchasing from us, you expressly agree to:

  • Lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the license key has commenced.

  • No returns or refunds will be granted for accidental orders, incorrect selections, or change of mind.

Please double-check the product name, version, platform compatibility, and system requirements before placing an order.

  • All license keys are genuine, legally acquired, and comply with EU resale laws.

  • Products are suitable for installation on one device unless otherwise specified.

RONSOFT S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel any transaction if fraud or abuse is suspected.

  • Software bugs or limitations caused by the software vendor

  • Temporary inability to access the activation key due to email or server issues

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

RONSOFT S.R.L. collects and processes customer data in accordance with GDPR. Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and legal compliance.
